1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the gx999 platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other person who accesses or uses gx999.io. By accessing the platform, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a gx999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on gx999. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. gx999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them upon discovery.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. gx999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gx999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal channels are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. gx999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different person's payment details.
• gx999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's system status, KYC completion, and internal compliance checks.
• gx999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. gx999 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where operationally possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gx999 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• gx999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it.
• Maximum bet per spin or per round during active bonus wagering is ৳500 unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Bonuses are available to a single player once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• gx999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and void bonuses if there is reasonable evidence that a player has registered multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gx999 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account under any identity, email address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with gx999.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, macros, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

8 Responsible Gaming
